A few drops of Lavender essential oil will add an extra element of calm to your bath, will promote peaceful sleep, and, ease feelings of tension. This indeed magical essential oil is known to improve skin and reduce anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil has been used as a home remedy since the 17th century for added nutrition and has proven very effective in relieving anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil lowers blood pressure, alleviates muscle tension, and has a calming effect on the brain, which helps with stress, insomnia, and irritability.

How to use:
Shake well before Use. Spray the pillow & the room before going to sleep or when desire to relax and rest. Mist on to your pillow and/or bed sheets before bed. We do not recommend spraying directly on linens belonging to a pet or a child under the age of 2.

What a great solution to wind down at night.This room spray has a very pleasant scent-soft,calming,and not over powering. The Lavender is clean and floral, and the vanilla adds a creamy warmth that makes you feel cozy.I spray it on my pillow,15 min before I go to bed,and the scent immediately helps me settle down.
