How The Experience Works
A SelesTeres Bath Soak Bar is set up at the event space provided by the host.
Each guest visits the Bath Soak Bar and is guided through the ingredient selection process.
Guests choose their preferred mineral salts, essential oil aroma, and botanical toppings.
The selected ingredients are blended into a personalized bath soak by the SelesTeres Bath Consultant.
Each finished bath soak is packaged in a 5 oz glass jar and presented ready for the guest to take home.

Timing & Guest Flow
This experience includes one SelesTeres Bath Consultant.
Based on actual event experience, one consultant can complete approximately 50 personalized bath soak jars within a 4-hour active service window, depending on guest flow and event setup.
Average production capacity is approximately 10–12 custom jars per hour.
Each guest experience typically takes around 4–6 minutes, depending on how quickly guests make their selections.
For the smoothest event flow, guests should visit the Bath Soak Bar throughout the event instead of all at once.

Pricing
The Custom Bath Soak Bar Experience is priced as an on-site interactive event service, not as individual bath soak jars only.
Pricing includes one SelesTeres Bath Consultant, premium mineral salts, essential oils, botanical toppings, 5 oz glass jars, event setup, live blending, packaging, and cleanup.
Minimum booking: $675
The minimum booking includes up to 15 guests and up to 2 hours of active service time.
After the minimum booking, pricing is based on the number of guests attending the Bath Soak Bar.
Standard event rate:
$45 per guest for smaller events
Large event rate:
$40–$42 per guest for larger events
Extended service time:
$125 per additional hour, when needed
One consultant can complete up to approximately 50 personalized bath soak jars within a 4-hour active service window, depending on guest flow and event setup.
Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

Each guest receives their custom bath soak in a 5 oz glass jar provided by SelesTeres.
Custom branding, custom label design, logo design, printed labels, custom tags, and branded packaging are not included.
Clients who would like branded labels, stickers, ribbons, tags, or custom packaging may provide their own materials ready to use at the event.
All client-provided branding materials must be prepared in advance and supplied by the client.
If client-provided branding or packaging requires additional application time during the event, extended service time may apply.

Travel fees may apply depending on event location.
Events over 50 guests or events requiring additional active service time must be quoted separately.
