This indeed magical essential oil is known to improve skin and reduce anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil has been used as a home remedy since the 17th century for added nutrition and has proven very effective in relieving anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil lowers blood pressure, alleviates muscle tension, and has a calming effect on the brain, which helps with stress, insomnia, and irritability.

How to use:
Shake well before Use. Spray the pillow & the room before going to sleep or when desire to relax and rest. Mist on to your pillow and/or bed sheets before bed. We do not recommend spraying directly on linens belonging to a pet or a child under the age of 2.
